    Arman Mansouri

    Arman Mansouri is a multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker, and performance artist born and raised in Qatar with Iranian roots. After completing his degree at Qatar Aeronautical College as a Pilot, Arman followed his childhood passion for art, film, design, and performance. His diverse background has allowed him to create unique and impactful works that bridge cultural and artistic boundaries.


    He was a participant in the Doha Fire Station Museum’s Artist in Residence Program (AIR 7), where he developed and showcased his innovative projects. Arman has exhibited his work in many of Qatar’s most prestigious museums, galleries, and auction houses, including the Museum of Islamic Art, M7, and Doha Fire Station Museum, and participated in high-profile exhibitions.


    Arman’s first short film was selected for the ‘Made in Qatar’ program at the Ajyal Film Festival and has also been featured in several international festivals. His work spans different mediums, including painting, performance, and video art, and he is known for creating a signature font based on universal musical notes, which he developed during his residency at the Doha Fire Station Museum. This innovative font is readable across various alphabets and languages, symbolizing his commitment to creating a universal artistic language.

    Arman continues to push the boundaries of artistic expression, using his multidisciplinary approach to explore themes of identity, memory, and cultural heritage.
