Her work explores themes of heritage, storytelling, and identity, intertwining traditional elements with a contemporary perspective. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed her residency at the Fire Station in Doha in 2018.
In 2020, Al Mana was commissioned by Qatar Museums for her acclaimed public art piece, Egal, which was installed in 2022. The helmet is showcased in the Race is On exhibition at the 321 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum. Another key work, Altawash, was commissioned by Chaumet for the Chaumet & Nature exhibition at M7, paying tribute to the region’s pearl traders and their enduring legacy.
Al Mana’s work has been presented locally and internationally at venues such as Mathaf Museum of Modern Arab Art, The Manege Gallery in St. Petersburg, Russia, and the Menart
Fair in Paris. She has participated in events like the Art for Tomorrow conference in Florence, reflecting her broader engagement with the role of art in society. In 2023, she designed the pin worn by leaders at the GCC 44th summit, further embedding her artistic contributions within cultural milestones.
