Ahmed Al-Zahed

My artistic experience is crystallized in searching for new paths and experimenting with everything that offers astonishment and a vision that carries a different soul and a spirit that urges asking questions.

Member of the Qatari Fine Arts Society in Katara, as well as an artistic residency in both Mathaf - Doha 2017/2018, and an artistic residency in Paris - France 2018.

In the context of experimentation, some exhibitions have approached fifty exhibitions in which my works carried experiments in surface, color, and the idea itself, considering the latter a turning point in contemporary art.

I have completed several private exhibitions, including the (Dream Thresholds) exhibition 2020, Katara Art Center, and the Art Residency Exhibition in France - Remnants of Life - in both France and Doha 2018.

I have participated in several art workshops inside and outside the State of Qatar, including the Aurora Biennale, Malmö, Sweden 2022, the Arab Forum for Fine Arts 2018, Katara - Doha, the Fourth Dubljk Art Forum, Slovenia 2016, and the Kresedinje Art Forum, Serbia 2016.

I have museum collections, in addition to several local awards.
